【高橋介州(1905~2004)】 金沢市に生まれる。本名勇。 昭和4年東京美術学校卒業、海野清に師事。同年第10回帝展に初入選、以来新文展、日展に出品。16年石川県工芸指導所所長として県内工芸界をリード。 石川県美術文化協会理事長、石川県美術館長をつとめる。 57年加賀象嵌で石川県指定無形文化財保持者に認定。日展参与。 Born in Kanazawa City. Real name: Isamu. Graduated from the Tokyo School of Fine Arts in Showa 4, where he studied under Kiyoshi Unno. That same year, he was selected for the 10th Imperial Art Exhibition for the first time, and subsequently exhibited at the New Bunten and Nitten exhibitions. In Showa 16, he led the prefecture’s crafts community as director of the Ishikawa Prefectural Crafts Guidance Center. He served as chairman of the Ishikawa Prefectural Art and Culture Association and director of the Ishikawa Prefectural Museum of Art. In Showa 57, he was designated a Preserver of Intangible Cultural Properties by Ishikawa Prefecture for his work in Kaga inlay. He served as an advisor to the Nitten. |
